Community & Conversation
We believe meaningful change happens through education, dialogue, and shared awareness. Our platform is designed to foster thoughtful discussion and collaborative learning across communities and professions.
What We Do
Our Philosophy
We do not believe health should be driven by fear, perfectionism, or misinformation.
Instead, we advocate for:
Progress over perfection
Evidence over trends
Transparency over marketing
Practicality over extremism
Because healthier living starts with understanding the world around us — and the exposures within it.
Our Story
At Everyday Exposure, we believe informed people make empowered decisions.
We are a healthcare-founded educational platform dedicated to helping individuals, families, and medical professionals better understand the everyday environmental exposures that impact human health. From household products and personal care items to plastics, endocrine disruptors, air quality, emerging research, and modern lifestyle factors, our mission is to simplify complex science into practical, evidence-based information people can actually use.
Our goal is not fear.
Our goal is clarity.
In today’s world, consumers are overwhelmed with conflicting information, marketing claims, and sensationalized health messaging. We created Everyday Exposure to serve as a trusted, transparent source for current research, meaningful discussion, and actionable education — without hype, extremism, or commercial bias.
Founded by healthcare professionals with backgrounds in medicine, wellness, clinical science, and product development, we approach health education through a multidisciplinary lens. We believe modern environmental health conversations should be:
Science-driven
Practical and approachable
Continuously evolving with current research
Rooted in transparency and critical thinking
We are passionate about bridging the gap between scientific literature and real-world living. Whether we are discussing ingredient safety, emerging toxicology data, consumer products, indoor environments, or practical lower-exposure alternatives, our focus is always on helping people make more informed choices — not perfect ones.

Our Team
Founder, CEO
Sarah Prosak, DC, MBA, brings a unique combination of clinical healthcare experience, business strategy, and medical technology expertise to Everyday Exposure. With a background in patient-centered care and advanced clinical technology, Sarah is passionate about helping bridge the gap between scientific research and practical everyday living.
Her interest in environmental health became deeply personal after being diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2026. As she navigated treatment and recovery, she became increasingly interested in understanding the potential role of environmental exposures, consumer products, endocrine disruptors, plastics, and modern lifestyle factors in long-term health. During that process, she also recognized a significant educational gap surrounding these topics within traditional healthcare training — including during her own Doctor of Chiropractic education.
Throughout her career, Sarah has worked within the healthcare and medical device industries, gaining firsthand insight into how education, prevention, and informed decision-making shape health outcomes. At Everyday Exposure, she is committed to helping consumers and healthcare professionals access balanced, evidence-based information that is practical, understandable, and free from fear-driven messaging or misinformation.
